Hello! I’m Emma. I’m so excited you’re here! I am a graphic designer turned illustrator and storyteller. My favorite thing is trying to capture the story of nature, and plant it deep within the hearts of children. When a child wonders at the beauty of a flower, I want them to feel even more cherished. When they taste the sweetness of a freshly picked berry, I want them to feel provided for. When they notice the patterns on rocks by a stream, I want them to feel held. To me, cultivating the sacred art of childhood means inspiring children…and maybe grown ups…to see and understand the world with a greater sense of awe and wonder.

I live in Cottage Grove, Minnesota with a husband who is remarkably skilled at building towers with blocks, and two daughters and one dog, who are all remarkably skilled at knocking down towers of blocks.
